Carson Cooper lost his sister Courtney Frazin to a tragic accident when she was struck by a vehicle while jogging in West Michigan. A local event has been set up in Fruitport in her honor, the Heart and Sole 5k. Carson and Race Director Ron Knoll talk about Courtney and how the community continues to come together.
