Meals on Wheels Western Michigan provides nutrition services for seniors in Kent and Allegan counties through home delivered meals, community dining sites and more. The 4^th annual March for Meals Community Walk and Timed 5k is this month to raise necessary funds. Lydia Vanderhill joins in to discuss.
