A lawsuit filed by the person who accused Michigan State University football coach Mel Tucker of sexual harassment may be heard in federal court.

The hearing comes after the university decided to terminate Tucker’s contract following allegations of sexual harassment from rape survivor and activist Brenda Tracy.

The decision ends Tucker’s $95 million dollar 10-year contract with the school.
