Goei took the oath of office last night. Voters will select a permanent commissioner to fill the 3rd ward seat in the August primary or November election

Goei will serve out the term of Reverend Nathanial Moody who stepped down at the end of 2023

The commission will interview the three finalists next month and select one to fill the third ward seat vacated by Nathaniel Moody

The commission will appoint someone to serve until December 31st
