Cherry Health’s Mobile Vision Clinic will kick off June 10th. The goal behind the program is to increase access to vision care. Patients will get full eye exams.
A news release says Cherry Health is expanding access to vision care in West Michigan throughout the summer months and Dr. Meagan Baker, director of Cherry Health Vision Services says, “The Cherry Health Mobile Vision Clinic offers eye care services to patients in a new way,” adding, “this is just another way that Cherry Health continues to break down barriers for our patients and community members and expand access for those who might otherwise have difficulties receiving vision care.”

Services are available for anyone in the community, not just Cherry Health patients.
The mobile clinic will run through August 16th and will rotate between its five locations:
Mondays: Wyoming Community Health Center, 2929 Burlingame Ave. SW, Wyoming
Tuesdays: Westside Health Center, 669 Stocking Ave. NW, Grand Rapids
Wednesdays: Cherry Street Health Center, 550 Cherry St. SE, Grand Rapids
Thursdays – alternating locations every other week:
-Starting June 13: Barry Community Health Center, 200 S Boltwood St., Hastings
-Starting June 20: Burton Health Center, 2135 Buchanan Ave. SW, Grand Rapids
