Clinic to help Michigan drivers restore privileges comes to Muskegon

Michigan.gov

A clinic assisting Michigan drivers restore their driving privileges is being held this week in Muskegon.

The Road to Restoration clinic is a free program that connects Michigan residents with restricted or suspended driving privileges with Michigan Department of State staff and volunteer attorneys.

Residents attending the clinic will be able to meet one-on-one with staff to review their driving record receiving step-by-step advice toward reinstatement of their driving privileges.

Attendance does not guarantee nor influence license restoration, and infractions and violations will not be expunged from your record, but those who qualify to have their privileges reinstated can complete their written driver knowledge exam at the clinic.

The clinic will take place at Muskegon Community College’s Collegiate Hall, 2nd floor, at 221 South Quarterline Road this Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Walk-ins will be accepted as space permits from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
