Conversation with Grand Rapids Civic Theater Artistic Director Bruce Tinker

The Grand Rapids Civic Theater recently held a panel discussion on how immigration has impacted the local community both historically and locally. Opening February 24^th, the Civic Theater presents “Ragtime” an American musical that deals with immigration and racial issues at the turn of the 20^th Century.  WGVU’S Daniel Boothe spoke with Ragtime Director Bruce Tinker about what audiences can expect--and how Ragtime relates to today’s debate on immigration.
