Michigan Attorney General's office says 'frivolous' lawsuit to blame

Adeline Hambley had been fired by Board of Commissioners, judge says matter will be resolved in court.

Attorney General's office had been flooded with complaints over sweeping changes made last month by newly elected officials.

The department is currently monitoring 9 shiga-toxin producing E. coli (STEC) cases, which it says is significantly higher than the typical number during this time of the year. Of the nine cases, four have resulted in hospitalization.
