Work has already begun at 201 Market Avenue, site of the former Grand Rapids Public Service Department. Acrisure, a Grand Rapids finance company, paid $30 million for the amphitheater’s naming rights.

The stamp dedication ceremony is Friday, April 5th in Rancho Mirage, California. Last month, at the White House, Susan Ford Bales, daughter of former President Gerald R. Ford, and former First Lady Betty Ford, honored her mother during the postage stamp unveiling.

Characters from GR Ballet’s The Nutcracker will be in attendance and the U.S. Postal Service will be available to help mail letters to Santa.
