A Pennsylvania company providing civil infrastructure, solar, mining and construction products and services has acquired West Michigan-based All Tech Engineering

All Tech Engineering, founded in 1989, is a Wyoming-based company that designs, builds, and services automated machinery. It operates a facility on 58th Street.

The acquisition of ATE’s assets by Jennmar allows the Pittsburgh-based manufacturer to form an automation division known as Jennmar Automation, LLC, which will provide both in-house automation services and continued service to ATE’s existing customers.

In a statement, ATE President Bruce Bunker said, “We’re confident that ATE will continue to deliver reliable, industry-leading solutions as part of the Jennmar portfolio. We have had the pleasure of working with the Jennmar team for several years as a supplier, and we are excited to take our partnership to the next level.”

CEO of Jennmar Tony Calandra said the company will leverage ATE’s expertise to continue to automate its facilities and deliver customized automated manufacturing solutions to its customers.
