October is National Pet Wellness Month, brining new hope to pet owners across West Michigan. We talk to ED Sharon Caldwell-Newton of CSNIP, a nonprofit veterinary provider, about a new grant from PetSmart Charities, as well as a Wags & Whiskers fundraiser on the 19th.
