Grand Rapids’ Downtown Market hosts the event "Market Masters," in which four chefs from the Market battle in a live, Iron Chef style, competition in front of an audience. Guests join us to talk about it including Kate Klemp, Development Director for the Downtown Market, Evan Talen, cheesemonger from Aperitivo and a competing Chef.
