Mary Beth Orr, PLAYGROUNDgr, the Grand Rapids Choir of Men and Boys, the 2025 Disability Resource Symposium, and the 4th annual Django Girls Grand Rapids event.

Hornist and folk vocal artist Mary Beth Orr is set to release The Singing Horn, an album of music that draws connections between the horn and the human voice, on Navona Records this week. From the traditional "I'll Fly Away" to Mahler's Songs of the Wayfarer, Orr weaves distant generations and cultures together in what she describes as "a love letter to my life, and to yours."

The PLAYGROUNDgr has been award winning of late. The organization offers Play Therapy to kids who couldn't otherwise afford this highly effective treatment method. Founder Jacqueline Scherer and Abbie Marr are honored by the Michigan Association of Play Therapy and we discuss this recognition importance and play.

The Grand Rapids Choir of Men and Boys presents their 2nd annual Andy Larson Biennial Concert April 1, Marcy Larson and Scott Bosscher discuss this event that hosts one of England's finest choirs and more.
