A preview of Giving Tuesday, GRAAMA's first fundraising gala, a Christmas concert, and Michigan Made Holiday gifts.

Giving Tuesday is tomorrow, as we continue to spotlight the many West Michigan nonprofit organizations and the good work they do.

The Grand Rapids African American Museum or GRAAMA has its first fundraising Gala this Wednesday night, honoring history maker Minnie Forbes, the last owner of a Negro league baseball team. George and Deborah Bayard give the details and future expansion goals.

Right around the corner is a combined Christmas concert between the Grand Rapids Chorus of Sweet Adelines and the Great Lakes Chorus. We talk to Chorus Members Janet Mason, Colleen Pierson, and new Director Holli Houck.

From Michigan with Love gathers the list of Michigan Made products for holiday shopping on this Cyber Monday. Founder Franklin Dohanyos shares the list of the annual gift and food guide.

Transcripts are provided upon request.

Shelley Irwin is the host and producer for The Shelley Irwin Show, a news magazine talk-show format on the local NPR affiliate Monday through Friday. The show, broadcast at 9 a.m., features a wide variety of local and national news makers, plus special features.
