The DTE Energy Foundation has awarded multiple grants to all 45 domestic violence shelters funded by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services safe havens to survivors. Foundation President Rodney Cole join in with comments about bringing the Foundation’s total support to 3 million dollars over the last 6 years.
