Aquinas College Students are involved with the upcoming Fix It Fair, a great campus and local community event. A partnership with Upcycle Bikes, students Alyssa Exline and Haley Goodenough talk about their advertisement campaign and involvement.

Ferris State University’s Kalamazoo’s Success Hub connects students with classes and services to transform lives. We talk to Director of SW Michigan Operations of the K Hub Amy Doxtater about this service to traditional and nontraditional student.

The West Michigan Potters Guild holds their annual show this Saturday, pottery and sculpture by 40 ceramic artists from SW Michigan on display, Madeline Kaczmarczyk in studio to talk about this show and the guild, active all year long. The Guild was begin in 1983 by a small group of potters.

April is National Volunteer Month so the Kent County Prevention Coalition invites KC parents and caregivers to volunteer at the May 10 Above the Influence Youth Summit. Nadia Kimble talks about the event and why volunteering is so important, as is the day’s event.
