The Michigan Supreme Court will vote in 2024 on a ruling that could allow employers to maintain current minimum wage and paid sick time requirements or switch to changes brought before the Michigan legislature in 2018. Rhoades McKee’s Mark Smith joins us to break down the proposal and what the impact changes would have to employers.

You can tour the Hackley and Hume Houses in Muskegon this holiday season. Muskegon Historic Sites of the Lakeshore Museum are opening their doors to the community for special tours, including tours of the houses, ornament and postcard decorating and posing in an authentic carriage.
