The third phase of the $78 million dollar apartment complex is the continuation of a project Magnus began in 2019, redeveloping the former Studio 28 movie theater site on Prairie Parkway Southwest in Wyoming.
Phases one and two, which added 386 rental units to the property, were completed in 2020 and 2021 respectively at a cost of $62.4 million.
Phase three will add a total of 200 apartments, with 162 units being reserved for households earning between 40% and 80% of area median income.
The five-story building will be a first for the Wyoming corridor, adding 8,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor and an on-site childcare center.

According to the Michigan West Coast Chamber of Commerce, HoM Flats at 24 East recently opened to residents in Holland. The 202-unit mixed-use complex features retail space reserved for locally owned businesses. On-site childcare for over 100 children will also be available in 2026.
