Holland Hospital’s new 6,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility is now open to the public.
Located in Hudsonville, the clinic offers dedicated primary care providers, same-day appointments, walk-in lab and X-ray services, and in-office mammography appointments. It will also offer ultrasound appointments and consultation space for care managers, diabetes educators, and behavioral health specialists.
The hospital says it chose Hudsonville as it’s one of the top three fastest-growing communities in the county, now totaling nearly 8,000 residents.
According to recent county data, Ottawa led Michigan’s ten largest counties in population growth, expanding by more than 2-percent since 2020. The state is also facing a significant primary care provider shortage. An additional 862 are needed by 2030 to meet growing demand.
With this addition, Holland Hospital now has facilities in Holland, Zeeland, Grand Haven, Saugatuck/Douglas and South Haven.
