The Muskegon man arrested after crashing into a woman’s car and then sexually assaulting her at a gas station has a record of criminal sexual conduct

Ottawa County Sheriff’s officials say earlier this month, 60-year-old Greg Joseph DuJardine of Muskegon followed a woman from a Grand Haven Park and caused a crash as she drove south on US-31, then attacked and sexually assaulted her in a parking lot when she pulled over to exchange insurance information.

She fought him off and called 9-1-1 and detectives arrested him the following day.

DuJardine is now charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct and being a habitual offender, fourth offense.

He is on parole from a criminal sexual assault conviction in Ottawa County from 1988.

He is due back in court on the current case next month.
