First Lady Jill Biden is scheduled to fly into Grand Rapids Tuesday evening for several stops in the state.
Dr. Biden is set to arrive at the Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, according to her office.
While in Michigan, she will participate in an event on Wednesday in Middleville highlighting the U.S. Department of Agriculture's summer nutrition programs for kids.
Afterwards, she will visit the Hidden Helpers summer camp in Middleville as part of her Joining Forces initiative.
She's visiting the camp to show her support for children of wounded, ill or injured service members or veterans.
Later Wednesday afternoon, the first lady will head to Traverse City for events at the Cherry Festival.
