The plans being developed by Grand Action 2.0 and the Downtown Development Authority involve two residential and commercial towers containing 735 apartments total, as well as retail and parking space. The structures would be built next to the new Acrisure Amphitheater and the proposed soccer stadium.
The buildings are still in the conceptual phase, but the memo states that the two buildings, one 21-stories tall and one 18-stories tall, would seek to capitalize on the soccer stadium and amphitheater.
The first structure would be 21-stories and include 475 apartments, a six-story parking garage, and retail and commercial space on the ground floor. It would be built in the summer of 2025 just south of the amphitheater for an estimated $271 million.
A second 18-story structure is described as a mixed-use building with office, retail and residential uses. The top nine floors, called the Stadium District Tower, would contain 260 apartments with office and retail space on the lower levels. Construction could begin in the summer of 2026 at a cost of $115 million.
Construction on both the amphitheater and soccer stadium is expected to begin in the coming months.
