Koops Incorporated has expanded its City of Holland location four times. Most recently in 2018. As customer demand increases, the company known for automotive, aerospace, construction, defense, life science, and battery automation equipment is expanding again. Increasing its Michigan footprint with a $3 million capital investment at its Holland facility. The project will create 24 new advanced manufacturing jobs.
The Michigan Economic Development Corporation is providing financial support with a $250,000 performance-based grant. The City of Holland expects to approve a property tax abatement.

Koops chose Michigan over a competing site in South Carolina.
