Snyder invoked his constitutional right against self-incrimination at the trial in Ann Arbor

Former Governor Rick Snyder requests to “take the Fifth” at a Flint water crisis civil trial that goes before a federal appeals court this week.

Snyder and several other potential witnesses invoked their constitutional right against self-incrimination at the trial in Ann Arbor.

A judge ruled they could not since they had already testified in pre-trial depositions.

Jury deliberations in the case are already underway.
