East Grand Rapids Mayor Amna Seibold has been elected to a second term.
Seibold received 76 percent of the vote on Tuesday evening.
She says her next steps include continued support of infrastructure improvements and local business.
“Well, we have done a very good job with improving our infrastructure, I want to see that continue," Seibold says.
"We’ll continue to work with the Gaslight Village Association, we want to see our merchants continue to thrive. And look for more opportunities to do improvements around the city in general.”
Seibold ran against local real estate agent Bill Templin.
