National Public Radio Senior Editor and Executive Producer Steve Drummond joins in to talk about his new book The Watchdog: How the Truman Committee Battled Corruption and Helped Win World War II. We ask Steve about the relationship between the Truman committee and investigations of today, the role of women on the committee, and what lessons could the lawmakers today learn from the Truman Committee.
