The City of Muskegon’s Lakeside Business Improvement District/Corridor Improvement Authority calls for artists for a Lakeshore Drive Crosswalk public art project. We get the details from Contessa Alexander. The Michigan Municipal League Foundation’s Bridge Builders Microgrants program is the supporting organization behind the project.
