This morning we speak with Kent County Administrator Al Vanderberg about the ways American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding is supporting transformational initiatives in our community. Joining the discussion is WGVU Grants Manager Steve Chappell. This weekly segment is part of a grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
