Muskegon Lighthouses welcome you for Halloween. Trick or Treating Tower Tours are available at the Muskegon South Pierhead Lighthouse this Saturday. We talk to Cindy Beth Davis-Dykema of the Michigan Lighthouse Conservancy this morning.
