All dogs in the water on August 18. The City of Grand Rapids’ free dog swim happens for the 7^th year, four 3 – hour sessions of open swim for dogs at Richmond Park. Park and Recreation Director David Marquardt talks about this fun event, with paw booties, life jackets and tennis balls available on site.
