The opening of Dialogue of Souls opens Saturday night, a traveling exhibition showcasing work by local artists, curated by Chris Protas of AllArtsWorks. We talk to the artists, Mary Jane Pories and Merima Smajlovic about this exhibit exploring themes of identity, resilience, and more.

Caregiving Speaker Kari Berit joins in to discuss her career helping people and institutions managing transitions and embracing the familiar. Her book, The Unexpected Caregiver shares what she has studied and lived. This spring PBS will air a caregiving documentary, talking to Kari today about caregiving and maintaining mental health.

The Women's Resource Center presents the annual PILLAR awards, celebrating West Michigan employers who empower women through progressive and inclusive practices. We talk to ED Trudy Ender about this March 13th celebration and a few of the finalists.

Author Andrew Sillen writes Kidnapped at Sea, The Civil War Voyage of David Henry White, putting the spotlight on White, a free Black teen sailor enslaved on the high seas.
