The be nice. Student Symposium returns to empower Michigan’s youth with mental health and suicide prevention. We talk to CEO of the Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan Christy Buck about this November 14th gathering.

The Purse Project invites West Michigan to support the homeless and seniors. Denise Kolesar talks about this 11th year, where participants buy and fill a purse or backpack with personal essential products to donate to those in need.

The Salvation Army is in need of donations to fill their stores. Donations to the thrift stores benefit The Salvation Army GR Army Rehab Center’s 180 day residential rehab program. Jacqulynn Idzior joins in with comments on how the community can help.

Thirty brick and mortar shops under one roof participate in a holiday experience like no other. We talk to guests on behalf of Delight in Designs talk about this gathering this weekend at St. Nicholas Cultural Center, proceeds going to Once Upon a Room.
