The Citizens Research Council celebrates 108 years in service this week, President Eric Lupher is in town to speak with Business Leaders about the most recent long form research: Michigan’s Path to a Prosperous Future. We talk about the initiative.

Now is the time to prepare for camp, specifically Indian Trails Camp as part of the IKUS Life Enrichment Services. Nikki Outhier joins in to discuss what is needed and an upcoming event on the 16th, Reds, Whites and Brews, proceeds going to the Camp to support scholarships and more.

Poet Linda Nemec Foster talks about her storytelling event this Saturday at Fountain Street Church, raising funds for CASA. Mom Always Says is the theme, with Foster serving as the keynote. We talk to Linda about her continued poetry journey.
