Judge Joseph Oster says there wasn’t sufficient evidence to send the two women to trial. Charges against the part-time election workers in St. Clair Shores were announced in October by Attorney General Dana Nessel.

Last week, Rashad Trice was sentenced at the state level for the murder of his ex-girlfriend’s daughter. Now, Trice has been sentenced at the federal level.
