Journalist Sierra Jenkins was at a restaurant and bar in Norfolk, Va., when shots rang out. She was caught in the crossfire. Three others were injured in the shooting.

Twenty other people, including children, were wounded in the shooting, according to authorities. One person was taken into custody, though there may have been multiple shooters, the police chief said.
