The Kent County Sheriff’s Office and Grand Rapids Police Department are seeking 22-year-old Fernando Vasquez-Pena for Criminal Sexual Conduct and Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material.
Linked to multiple assaults in Kent County, he is considered dangerous and police say do not approach him.
A $2,000 reward is offered for information leading to his arrest.
