“3,2,1 yayyyy”
Gun lake Casino CEO Sal Semola says the new hotel at their Wayland location is good for the Gun Lake tribe and good for the west Michigan economy.
“Momentous occasion for not only the gun lake casino but for all of western Michigan.”
The 252 room hotel is part of a 300 million expansion at the casino that tribal chair Bob Peters says includes the hotel, a spa, restaurants and an Aquadome with pools and a concert venue.
“Gun lake Casino and resort will be a destination that draws additional tourism and revenues tour community while employing over 15 hundred team members.”
Peters says the Gun Lake Casino is now on an even playing field with their closest competitors, Soaring Eagle Casino in Mount Pleasant and Firekeepers Casino near Battle Creek who already have hotels.
“The opening of this resort is just the beginning of a new chapter our tribes story one that I am confident will be filled with success growth and new possibilities,”
CEO Sal Semola says the Aquadome is scheduled to open in May.
“As gun lake casino transforms to become gun lake casino and resort. The icing on the cake.”
