Surrounded by a few hundred students near the Rock, one of MSU’s iconic landmarks, Governor Gretchen Whitmer told students democracy is on the ballot this election.
“That's why your voice matters, because a conversation that you have that maybe lasts five minutes could inspire someone else to vote, to get out and vote, or could change their minds about how they're going to vote.”
Whitmer’s visit to MSU was part of a statewide campaign tour in support of Vice President Kamala Harris.
