The visit to Saginaw comes as a state investigator recently named him an unindicted co-conspirator in a case against so-called “fake electors” in 2020

Trump is set to hold an evening rally at a Saginaw County airport hangar in Michigan after campaigning earlier in the day in another battleground state; Wisconsin.

The former president is required to be in court for his trial over whether he falsified records regarding an alleged payment to an adult film star.

But the judge set aside Wednesdays to deal with other matters and Trump is using the time to hit battleground states in his bid to return to office.

His visit to Saginaw comes as a state investigator recently named him an unindicted co-conspirator in a case against so-called “fake electors” who signed paperwork that falsely indicated Trump had defeated Joe Biden in Michigan’s 2020 presidential election.
