Construction of a $14 million three-story, mixed-use hotel will break ground in downtown Rockford

The Hotel Rose scheduled for completion in June 2025.

The Hotel Rose will feature 54 guest rooms with 7,400 square feet of retail space and 2,600 square feet of restaurant space. Amway Hotel Corporation will operate the new hotel located at the former Northland Pontiac dealership.

Keeping tourism dollars in Rockford. The $14 million Hotel Rose has been on the drawing board since 2018. When completed in June 2025 it will create 40 new full-time jobs.

The Michigan Economic Development Corporation is supporting it with a $3.25 million Michigan Community Revitalization Program loan.
