Ottawa County Parks and Recreation is simplifying program enrollment and facility reservations with a new online registration system called WebTrac

If you’ve ever reserved a facility online with Ottawa County Parks and Rec, you probably used a system called PerfectMind. However, you’ll now find all accounts under that system have been deleted.

That’s because the county has started using a new system called WebTrac.

According to Communication Specialist Rylie Dorman, the new system will provide a better user experience.

“Our previous system was not integrated the best with our website, so this one, we’re hoping, will work better for everybody who’s trying to access our services.”

WebTrac comes with a brand-new home page where users can access options such as volunteer opportunities, facility reservations and motor vehicle permits.

“My favorite that I’m really excited about is that we now have an event calendar so people can check out the entire months’ worth of program offerings and see what’s going on in the parks every single day.”

And Dorman says if you’re an Ottawa County resident, you’ll get cheaper rates for facility reservations and program registrations.

“I would encourage all Ottawa County residents to ensure that their address is correctly linked and they will receive those benefits.”

You can create an account with this new system here.
