20-year-old sold large amounts of methamphetamine and fentanyl to officer posing as a drug-dealer

A young Muskegon man will spend years in prison after selling large quantities of methamphetamine and fentanyl to an undercover police officer, after a judge Wednesday sentenced him to 100 months in prison.

Jemarion Trevon Flowers is just 20-years-old, and he will spend the majority of his 20’s behind bars after selling drugs to an undercover police officer multiple times, that’s according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Michigan.

Authorities say the cop was posing as a drug dealer who was sourcing the Traverse City area, while Flowers sold methamphetamine and fentanyl to the undercover officer four different times.

On Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Robert Jonker, sentenced Flowers to 100 months—or just over 8 years in federal prison.

According to the Muskegon Police Department, Flowers originally was taken into custody last December, after officers responded to shots fired and found Flowers in a vehicle nearby with a stolen, loaded Glock pistol, as well as methamphetamine and fentanyl that day.

That is when the undercover police officer came forward with the additional information regarding Flowers’ drug dealing activity.
