Huizenga has been a State Senator for nearly a year after winning a special election last November. Previously, he served in the Michigan House of Representatives from 2019 to 2021 and as the Mayor of the City of Walker for five years.
Huizenga says, he is Pro-Life, Pro-2nd Amendment, and if elected, will focus his efforts on lowering inflation, protecting the Great Lakes, and increasing the accountability of elected officials in Lansing.
