Gilda's Club Announces LaughFest Line-Up

Laughfest
Gilda's Club

Gilda’s LaughFest on Thursday announced its headliners participating in this year’s festival… which is going “virtual”

“Laughfest has always been about celebrating laughter for the “health” of it and the healing power of laughter.”

Hannah Dayton is the Marketing, Communications and Event Manager for Gilda’s Club & LaughFest.  She says even though this year LaughFest is going virtual, like so many events due to COVID, it will still bring about the much needed joy.

“Even on a cancer and grief journey, sometimes it’s hard to find your laughter, but if we get to do that it is healing and so this year, we really wanted to bring it even if it’s in a smaller format, to West Michigan and beyond.”

Dayton says they have a number of headliners.

“We’re welcoming back Ron Funches, who is bringing his podcast to the virtual stage. Tom Poppa is coming to do his stand up. Justin Wilman is bringing a magician show to the virtual stage as well as Michelle Wolf, there’s something for everybody.”

This year’s festival will feature a total of 30 events, plus social media content and contests.

The LaughFest virtual festival runs M arch 11-14th.  There are free events as well as an all premium pass for 40 dollars which you can find on the internet.
