Grand Rapids Police are investigating after a shooting on the city’s southeast side left a teenager fighting for his life Thursday morning.
The shooting happened around 2:30 a.m. on Francis Avenue near the intersection of Crofton Street.
Police say the 19-year-old victim, is in critical condition after showing up to the emergency room with life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, police say a 62-year old inside a house nearby was dead from a heart attack.
