The Grand Rapids Police Department is asking for the public’s help after a local grocery store has suffered from a series of break-ins.
At around 3:30 in the morning on Monday, The Creston Market, located on the city’s northeast side, was burglarized for the sixth time in less than two months. Police say they believe the break-ins may be related, but are unsure as to why that particular store continues to be a target.
Video surveillance shows two suspects trying to break the front glass door with a hammer, after that proved unsuccessful, one of the two suspects breaks a window before leaving with a number of items from the store.
