Dr Larry Nassar - a former doctor for Michigan State University athletics and USA Gymnastics - pleaded guilty in 2017 to felony criminal sexual conduct related to sexual abuse under the guise of medical treatment, with 125 reported victims, including Olympic gold medalists McKayla Maroney, Simone Biles, Gabby Douglas, Jordyn Wieber, and Aly Raisman.

We talk with Rick Pluta, State Capitol Bureau Chief for the Michigan Public radio Network. He's in Washington D.C. covering the proceedings. We asked him about Simon's role and testamony expectations.
