Police are searching for a 32-year-old man suspected in two slayings across two southwestern Michigan counties. A man was shot about 10:15 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph County's Florence Township by the suspect who forced his way into a home. The victim later died at a hospital. Police say the two men knew each other.
A 31-year-old woman was shot to death about 45 minutes earlier as the suspect argued with another man at a Kalamazoo mobile home park in Kalamazoo County. Police say the suspect is considered armed and dangerous and last was seen driving a silver 2004 Chrysler Pacifica with a Michigan license plate.
