Former Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders returns to Michigan to stump for his previous competitor.
Sanders makes several Michigan stops on Thursday in support of the Hillary Clinton/Tim Kaine ticket.
The Vermont U.S. Senator starts the day in Dearborn with a morning rally, then travels to Ann Arbor, East Lansing and Grand Rapids.
Sanders was a strong Michigan contender coming into primary season, and narrowly beat Clinton in the state by popular vote.
Doors for the Grand Rapids event, held at Central High School on Fountain Street NE, open at 5:45 p.m.
