GOP Presidential candidate, and Ted Cruz V.P. running mate, Carly Fiorina is in Grand Rapids this evening. The former HP CEO is keynote speaker at Monday night’s Kent County GOP 2016 Lincoln Day Dinner.

During Monday night’s annual dinner its expected Fiorina will talk about the impacts and successes of women leaders in the Republican Party.

John Inhulsen is Chairman of Kent County GOP, he says, “The significance of having her here in town is she’s a strong, powerful, conservative woman. She’s worked her way from the bottom to the top. And yes, she was a strong voice on the presidential primary stage. This fall we think she’s going to offer some really nice insight into things and to show people that all issues are women’s issues. The Democrats don’t have a stranglehold on the concept of a strong female leader. We’ve had them here in the Republican Party for decades.”

The Kent GOP 2016 Lincoln Dinner is Monday, September 19th 6:30 held at Noto’s Old World Italian Dining.
